Well all three are now up on the wall! The other two just joined the lil mr green band! :) they sure are great at exploring and growing up so fast!!!!!!!! :-\

I can only assume someone who lives in the building (mts tower building) put this up to scare something away. It doesn't seem to bother the peregrines. Maybe they were annoyed at the sounds of screaming peregrine parents the other day. This is new and has only gone up in the last two days. When we first looked we thought it was BatMan, ;D I think it's supposed to be an owl.
