When I went back this evening Spencer was not on the hydro pole, so I did some searching around the area and found two kids on the annex building.  After a while the third kid showed up, so that made me happy. The two on the annex bldg are Kelly and Spencer, Bogart was flying around and landed on the McKenzie roof.

While I was looking for the kids I thought one was on the Cargill building about two blocks away, but it was a Merlin
