Feather2Fin:
As a "brooding" viewer of this annual miracle, I fret over the chicks as they move from one hurtle or possible danger to another: will the chicks hatch, will they stay warm and dry, and now will they stay inside the nest box until they are less wobbly, and soon will they wait until they have super strength wings before they decide to fledge, and then will they be able to feed themselves.  I say this today because the chicks are peeking over the edge.
Be still my heart.   ::)  :P

The Peregrine Chick:

Jo:
Chick pile. . . . aside from some adjustments, not much going on this past little while.

Camera is steady this sunny Saturday morning.

Jo:
Bed time snack

The Peregrine Chick:
The second downy coat is starting to show on the chicks - at the moment they look like a much larger chickpile than the McKenzie Seeds chickpiles but they are looking more like their younger and fluffier cousins right now!
