I am so missing not being down town any longer.......I will continue to read the blogs and check out the babies....Being retired is certainly different from working no soubt about it.

I found this in past observations, I hope this helps.  :)

--- Quote from: The Peregrine Chick on April 18, 2013, 23:47 ---I must admit, I'm feeling badly for Ivy.  He sits on this nestbox looking for someone and it seems like they are never coming.  Don't know if he's waiting for Princess or if Joli just isn't ready to come into the nestbox.  In any case, he hasn't been hopping into the box as often as he used to and it just makes me a wee bit sad to see him so patiently waiting when he's on camera.

--- End quote ---
At the beleef de lente site where the steenuil (screech owl) male died early in the season, Mrs Steenuil called patiently night after night for a suitor. It seemed to take forever but lo and behold a man turned up a couple of days ago. It's time for Ivy to start squawking and for us to not lose hope.

Shocka88:
Let's hope Princess is thinking the way I am.....time to return home despite the cold weather.......and is also on her way. Poor Ivy is waiting for her or somebirdie to show up!
