The plan is to move them again for their safety as they get bigger and more adventurous/independent/active after banding age. Hopefully all goes well until then!!

The Peregrine Chick:
Chick number two hatched over night (definitely pre-dawn). Hard to tell if a third chick hatched as well as the chicks are using the egg-siblings to sprawl on already and of course, our camera angles are poor at this site. Saw a meal this morning that was short but seemed to go well - not a great view as Jules mostly had her back to the only camera that can actually see the nestbox in its current location.

That's great news! :D Are they at least in a location that would give them a bit of shelter in inclement weather, TPC? ???

Shelter isn't too made at this stage of the game though a driving rain will get them as wet as the Brandon birds because of the angles and openings ... There is some shade from the sun which isn't bad ... if we get sun again ... ever ... :'(
