I was down there for most of the day and I guess when they opened the door to the roof just to peek out, one chick flew off the roof floor. We had to look for him and found he had flown to the McKenzie annex building that is attached by a walkway (tunnel) and is about the same height as where he fledged from. It was Sol and was yelling his head off when he was found, so Sol will not be getting a transmitter today. I saw one of the parents bring him prey, so he got fed. ;D I'm sure TPC will be posting later about the day.

Still no news. TPC often says no news is good news!
So I'm also trying not to worry...

TPC mentioned that Radisson's chick at the UofA had a real mohawk, not just a few tufts on the top of his head.
I think that these Brandon chicks also have a fairly well defined mohawk. It may be the "Year of the Mohawk". What do you think?

Love the look!
I have a daughter who had a very spectacular blue mohalk in her grade 12 year.
Cool look for teenagers.

Well I'm not sure what happened transplanted maple and Leana. Perhaps one is hiding, but methinks the intruders may be holding one captive! ;) ;D
