Looks like Maya on the east roof wall of the Annex. Haven't been able to see the others, but not surprising, lots of the spots they like to hang out on, are not visible to the camera.

Hack boxes aren't like nestboxes so no it wasn't attached to the wall, it was free-standing and in this case faced north. The site attendant had to access it daily to feed the chicks while they were incarcerated.
Rose:
Maya fledged shortly after 0600,she flew northwest toward the Annex building and shortly after someone flew to the MTS building. This chick is now on the north side of the building with the three long(dark) windows and has been fed by Brooklyn(report by RCF).

All three kids are on the lower roof. Maya was on the north wall and the two boys flew in from wherever they had been perched. :)

If it's close enough why bother expending all that energy chasing it! I would think if the pefa took a run at the pigeon, it would fly away. :D
