Has anyone seen Transmitter Guy fly/fledge since he was returned to the nest the other day?  Just wander if he was a bit shaken up by his ordeal.

The Peregrine Chick:

Fledgling on the sign still, RG and GS still on the ledge playing with meal remains.  Haven't seen any of the adults on the cams for the last little bit ...

Kinderchick:
You still on the street, Liz? Anymore news down there?

The Peregrine Chick:
1100h CDT

This morning's crew of Fledgewatchers (Dennis, Liz, Des, Linder) have been chasing one of the fledglings around but not sure who it might be - Yellow or White.  They think that perhaps White has been flying about with the adults and that Yellow might have been camping out on the sign below the nestsite.  They think that because the fledgling on the sign looks like he's been there for a long time, not just arrived.  Now without seeing a tape colour or band number no way to be sure, but the Fledgewatchers have been out for hours watching these guys so they could very well be right.  I can see the tip of the sign-sitter's tail with the sky-cam and am checking the east-side with the spy-cam in case we can find the other fledgling and confirm both are in the area of the Hotel

The Peregrine Chick:
Think our RG and GS are borderline today.  Both are very interested in "out there", more than yesterday.  It's going to be hot though, so they may flake out in the heat and wait until later ....

Forecast for today - sunny, 23C with a UV index of 9 (or very high!!) and light winds (5km/h)
