Actually there are about 9 "meals" along the ledge - some quite sizeable - some eaten, some "maturing" in the breeze.  There is also quite a mess in the nestbox  :-X

I have no doubt about the mess, the smell of decomp.  :P :P Just look at the massive size of the flies. At least Trey was a good housekeeper.

Transmitter Boy on nest ledge and Red Girl flapping away on her corner of the nest box now, Liz... Yes, looks like a food drop - on nest ledge now! :D No, just 2 on nest ledge.  Sorry, my bad. The other flapping I saw was the "food". ::)

Has anyone seen Transmitter Guy fly/fledge since he was returned to the nest the other day?  Just wander if he was a bit shaken up by his ordeal.

Nope, but that's not unusual when grounded birds are returned to the nestsite.  Most hang out for a few days before going again.  Only a couple have bolted as soon as they were returned.
