I was wondering which bird that was who seemed to tumble down out of the nestbox. It was McD, was it susha? ???

I too (just) missed Jubilee's fledge and would love to see some footage.

It's great to hear all chicks are doing so great. Of course, I did miss Jubilee's fledge. Is there footage? I didn't see any mentioned.

McDermot must have been really shook up from his experience. Poor guy. It can be scary venturing beyond your nest.

I saw on that other local station a story about peregrine's now being protected. The anchors were quite amazed at the size of the 40 day old chick. Yup, they sure do grow quickly. I'm sure up close they look a lot bigger than they do on my computer screen. I'm glad I saw the story and that it is now illegal to do them harm.

The boys at the nestbox are screaming away - I can only conclude that they're saying "goodnight, thanks for finding our sister"...or it could be "Where's our bedtime snack?!?" ;D

We're calling it a night given that she could spend the whole night where she is - pretty breezy! Mum is still on the tower, dad on MB Hydro sign, all is right with their world! : ))

Saw bird on roof of 330 Graham and it flew to Mpi building, left there and flew with a parent. looked like it returned to roof of Mpi bldg should be 330 ST Mary Ave

Well, it looks like Jubilee might be fledging better than her brothers ... the Taylor McCaffrey Building (glass at St Mary & Hargrave) is a decent height building for a first day with wind.  Will be interesting to see how long it takes her to work her way back to the nestbox since that is where the brothers are congregating ...

Can you get there with the cam, TPC?

I just seen that myself to. He had food with him when he fell. I hope that his ok because that looked alittle scary when he fell.

Looks like either Fleet or Hart just bolted from the nestbox - he went down on the ledge, but I can't find him now.  Ledge cam didn't pick him up, so he isn't lying down under the ledge-cam.
