Radisson - 2012 / Ivy & Princess
ballywing:
Princess is up & down like a jumping bean!! - Turn, Adjust, Nudge, Shuggle... ;D
RaptorGal:
Did you see her line up three eggs in a row? The middle one I am sure has a large pip. She is sure doing a lot of "hovering" over the eggs with her wings spread out. I am sure that in spite of the breeze, it must be warm in the nest box with the sun shining in. :) *sigh* I guess she must be the eggspert on hatching these little falconettes as she has done this a time or two before!!
dupre501:
Now it looks like it is time to cool the eggs. Seems to be more shading and breeze tunnelling going on. Another egg dance and turn to the left....
RaptorGal:
haha, good thing Mama Princess is plump enough to keep the little eggheads covered! :)
**********
Just had another shuffle going on. I definitely think that the "spots" on two eggs closest to the camera were larger than the normal spots. Could be pips on two eggs. :D
ballywing:
I was thinking the same thing, I remember a couple years ago when they nested on the wicked East Ledge :( - those chicks got blown around like cotton balls on a windy day - it got pretty scary sometimes, we thought they'd go right over the edge! :o
