So I'm guessing no pick up even if they seem out cold just where they are now?  Just wondering as i should leave for the  Radisson now...
I hear some complaining from parents - did they see you?

They have left the lanai - sure hope they decide to wander back under cover before 11am, could delay the banding if they don't as we can't reach them in the outside part of the box without scaring the puffaloons off them and that would not be a good thing, much too dangerous.

These little bandits are growing way too fast, they aren't suppose to head out for another few days to a week!

Oh, and keep your fingers and toes crossed that all the kids come "inside" tomorrow morning - if only to get out of the sun!!  We can't get the chicks out of the nestbox if they are "outside" so "inside" is the place we want them!

We have some details to set up in advance of the banding but the plan is to start at or not long after 1100h.

We hope to remove some of the debris in the box (oh, where's my Trey  :'() and see if we can't clean off outside-box-cam lens, there's a bit of a smudge on it.  Tomorrow will be the last chance to do that until after the chicks have fledged from the nestbox, so hopefully they won't use the clean lens as a target!  Eye-Spy also has to set-up all his camera gear to broadcast, but the plan is to start at/close to 1100h.
