The New Pre-Order Deadline is JANUARY 5TH, 2013
Our order will go to the printer on January 7th regardless of how many shirts have been ordered.
As soon as the shirts are printed, we will let folks know and even with Canada Post's sometimes "flexible" delivery times, everyone should have their shirts by the end of January.
The Peregrine Chick:
Today is the deadline for shirts and we have 21 ordered todate. I know of a couple of folks who are away right now who have always purchased shirts and I know another person is trying to put together an order among friends but won't be able to meet tonight's deadline, so, we will be holding off ordering until after New Years.
And we will be ordering in the New Year whether we meet the minimum order or not, it would just be nice to be sure that everyone who wants a shirt has the opportunity to get a shirt. It was a lucky opportunity that we could make it into the printing queue right before Christmas but it meant a very short ordering period at a time of the year when folks are away from their computers and more often, away from home.
Also, for folks who were planning to give shirts as gifts, I have put together a couple of "it's coming" card formats - give me an email or a PM and I can put together a personalized on in colour or black and white or you can personalize it yourself. Just contact me and we can go from there.
For the last couple of years we have made shirts available at the end of November so folks would/could consider them for Christmas gifts. Next year however, we are going to try it a month earlier and see if that works better - a bit early for Christmas for some, but hopefully a better timing for most!
