Note about McKenzie Seeds - the corner the chicks have been sleeping in, is the southeast corner. To the south, there is no roof, just a parking lot, a one storey bank, then Rosser Avenue and some 2 and 3 storey buildings going south, one of which is the public parkade. Going north, there is a smal gap where there is a loading bay (about two delivery, not semi, truck widths) and then there is the McKenzie Seeds Building Annex. Beyond that is Pacific Avenue (which you can see on camera), then the rail lines, then the Assiniboine River, the floodplain and up the "hill" (north slope of the Assiniboine River floodplain) is the old Brandon mental health centre which is now Assiniboine Community College. The buildings between McKenzie Seeds and ACC are single storey commercial and single/double storey residential.
