Great to hear the regular updates about what Rain and Rosser are doing -- I was out of town all weekend, and am really enjoying catching up with what the Brandon boys are up to! Thanks a million, Rose and RCF!

Thank you for all of your updates Rose & rcf and especially for your wonderful clear photos, rcf! :-* What beautiful looking birds! I have been out & about most of the day and am only now just getting caught up on the Forum news, so I really appreciate everyone's posts. So Rain has finally fledged, along with his brother. And it sounds as if they are both doing well! :D

You are all welcome!   :)  We are very lucky here in Brandon that we don't have 30 or more story buildings, otherwise there would be no way to get pictures unless you had a Wowser lens like Dennis has. And you all know Dennis takes awesome pictures    8) :)

I'm not so sure you couldn't pull it off RCF, not many of the angles onto McKenzie Seeds is that easy but still you get great photos!  :)

Thank you  :)

When RCF took the photo of Rain on the window well, Rosser was napping in the corner, we were talkng on the phone cause she phoned for the band numbers. The camera was not cooperating either, it kept freezing up and refreshing the page didn't help.It was the same yesterday but it will soon be off and the chicks will be returning to the roof less and less. :)

Someone just took off from across 9th street, have seen "big" wings go by, just below the wall edge and just at the top of the image a few times in the last few minutes.

Looks like our corner napper was Rosser not Rain - it looked like yellow tape on the band, usually the silver shows much better in the bright sunlight like right now in Brandon.

These photos are incredible, RCF. Now that they have both fledged, we look forward to your pics, videos, and the posts from you and Rose. You both are our eyes again for this and past seasons progression of the Brandon family from start to finish. We rely on you. Thank you so very much.  :-*

So nice to see them up close, very hard to tell their true colours when they are on the roof. They are very pretty birds. You got an excellent shot of the band number RCF, no disputing the fact that chick on the window is Rain. Bodes well for next year. :)
