Ditto from me. You have been our eyes in the past years. Your posts have allowed us to live vicariuosly through your words. There are not enough words to tell you how grateful we are to you both. Thank you so very much.  :-*

No complaints from me, TPC. Just wondered if others were having difficulties or if it was my computer. It sure could have been much worse and that makes it all the more wonderful that we have Rose & rcf's reports. :-*

Rose:

--- Quote from: The Peregrine Chick on July 22, 2011, 10:42 ---We managed to figure out where the problem is with the Brandon cam.  Appears the modem is having problems talking to the internet connection.  It's thought that there may be something interfering with the signal or power rather than the equipment which appears from remote checks to be fine.

Not surprising, on wednesday am the rain was coming horizontal and in 10mins.water was running down the streets up over the curbs and in some parts of the city there were power outages.Thank goodness it only lasted 20mins, or the city might have been washed away. lots of Businesses and homes were flooded and some are still drying out.

Saoirse:
Thanks for letting us know what the problem is, TPC -- and, as RCF pointed out a couple of days ago, we all survived the last couple of years when there wasn't a cam at all in Brandon. With RCF and Rose there, we'll count on them to be our eyes!  :D
