Hey rcf and rose. Just have to tell you that your updates and photos are so very much appreciated now and throughout the season. Not being able to access the cam during the day was a great disappointment, but what you shared made me feel that I was part of it. Without your efforts and hard work, so much would have been missed.
Thanks so very much.

So love to hear from both of you RCF and Rose.  We all have a need to see and know how Rosser and Rain are.  Thank you both so very much!  Pictures are wonderful ;)

...At this time of the year however, Rose's & RCF's observations and photos are much more valuable than anything on the recorder.
I'll second that! Thanks for all the ground reports, Rose & rcf! :-*

We've been trying for the last week to get the Brandon connection to reconnect but no luck.  So I'm afraid we are going to have to wait until we go and pick up the equipment before we can tell if the only problem was the connection to the internet or if it was the recorder as well.  From all our remote investigations, it appears its the modem that's having problems keeping the connection, so everything seems to be working, just something interferring with the last link to the web.  When we have the recorder, I'll be going through the playback to see if we caught anything on camera - if we did, I will let you know!  At this time of the year however, Rose's & RCF's observations and photos are much more valuable than anything on the recorder.

Wonderful photos.  Thanks RCF and Rose for checking on the Brandon Family.

I do have to say tho, when ever I see those transmitter wires sticking out of their backs I get upset and get a sick feeling in my stomach.   It just bothers me so much that it is uncomfortable for the birds.

Getting better RCF! When we first went down and were in the McK parking lot (no one else around) both Hurricane and brooklyn came down low and checked us out but when they saw my old hat they both left and went about their business. When we left everyone was sleeping except Brooklyn who was preening in the nest box.

Rose and I went and checked on our Falcon family yesterday morning, everyone seems to be doing fine. Both boys were on the west and north side of Mck bldg, then Rosser went over to the mts tower across the street where he was napping. Hurricane came and perched where Rosser had been and Brooklyn was perched on the edge of the nest box preening, he had been there for quite a while and was still there when we left.
