Now, that's a close-up -- but he's just not showing any leg -- uncooperative little brat!

Oh, I thought the window washers were at Pam's windows, didn't realize they were at the Radisson.

1322h

Beatrix is flat on her belly on the ledge, little unidentified male is on the box.  Hoping he will show me either foot and then I'll go back to Beatrix who is being very cute ...

Can see both adults, in their usual places - he on the Hydro sign, she on the Rad tower.  Have seen a couple of fly-bys, which I think were juvies, but no idea who!

And......omg......they are washing the windows today!

Usually the birds ignore the washers since they are in bosun's chairs - and these guys have been doing it here for 10 or more years now.  Hotel Maintenance has informed them that the chicks are still at the box so should be fine.

Well how fabulous is that.  A brother has joined Bea, and they are calm on the ledge.  He is very amusing, twisting his head around as he looks at his sister.  I think it is Bea?
Love the zooming in, but I'm not good at the ID bracelets.

I'm thinking they knew you needed clean windows to be able to see the birds better. ;D

Black-billed cuckoo I believe ... don't usually get to see so much of the bird, usually only the head is left for me to check out  ;D

Thanks Tracy I've never seen a blacked billed cuckoo.
There seem to be plenty of them in this area because of the body parts around the Mck building but I think they are very shy and we only see them in the quiet country side usually we really don't see them but recognize them from their distinctive call. :)

Dang nab-it, once again I missed all the action.  My internet at home was down last night and this morning  >:( so I just caught up on all the news.  Thanks everyone for all the posts.  It was great to hear about the family reunion and to know that all are doing well.  Great picture of all three Leana.

Lunchtime (for me that is)!  Flipped to the webcam and this is what I got to see...

A bit of a surprise and not exactly what I was hoping to see!   :P  ;D

Doreen - love your photo, again!

Seems to be quite alot of noise from above the nest box. Could someone be on the roof. Sounds like Princess or Ivy flying in circles and squawking.

Unfortunately I looked at the cam before I read the recent posts on the forum!  LOL. I will know better next time... :)

Aha, now the cam is showing Bea having a little nap on the ledge with no sign of the nasty snack from before.  Muuuchhhh better view!  ;)

I just want to yank that fluff off her wings!  ::)

What's with all the food drops. Are they trying to keep her on the ledge? Right now the camera is focused on dead prey just brought in. Beatrix headed off cam.
I did warn you what was on the cam. Not a pretty sight.
