Dennis and I were doing some housecleaning at the Radisson today (two bags worth!) and Ivy was tucked up out of the wind on the G of the north side Rogers sign and Carson was on the north side of the Canada Post building on the railing. Neither one of them batted an eye as we fished bones and feathers and wings and feet (and all sorts of other unmentionables) out of their nestbox. And I checked the recorder and neither Ivy nor Carson came to check out what we had been doing after the fact - little rotters!! ;)
Didn't see anyone else the whole time we were there - not on the signs, nearby buildings, antennae, ledges ... perhaps too much wind.

Oh you lucky duck! I was downtown looking for them at about 1:30, but on the West side. No sign of them. Glad you spotted them. :)
