I believe it had something to do with a power outage at Brandon, there was a thunderstorm and lightning may have caused it to do that.  So maybe the power went out somehow and the camera needs to be reset now. Pretty sure TPC just had to reset the cam at Brandon.

I dont understand why they would shut it down if they are still coming back to the nest box and especially Beatrix and Carson just learning to fly again etc? Very dissappointing if they do. When I watched the Cams in Minnisota they kept it on for a long time many days and over a week for sure, after the last birdie had left. The juviees returned to the box every nite for a long time, and the adults could be viewed flying around, sometimes see a juvvie fly by the box or land, etc. it was very nice. It was only after watching the cam for a week with no activity that we all knew it was over for another year. At least we knew we were not missing anything when it was turned off.

Agreed! I think its just a glitch! Can't imagine them shutting down the cam yet!

Moonstar:
I believe when the camera goes down there is a message saying they are not streaming the video anymore and to come back next spring...or something like that.  I think for now there is something wrong with the camera.
