Wow, you mean Princess came on command to Ivy?
Bahahaha, no way bcbird, "princess" answers to nobody.     lol

I vaguely remember reading somewheres that children will tend to live up to their names - maybe it works for falcons too! Princess certainly lives up to her name!

Congratulations to you Radisson Hotel cam folks. I just linked up to your camera via the CBC website. In the inimitable words of Jimmy J.J. Walker. "Looking good!"

All four eggs just hanging out looking cute waiting for their "duvet" to come back.

TPC, love your eggs references! You make them come alive!

Sleepy bird, facing into the nestbox, ignoring the world this morning.

Ata girl, keep the guy on his toes.
I'm glad to know that Princess isn't going soft in her middle age.

Nah, think he probably saw her sitting nearby or flying by and decided to let her know he'd had enough.  She didn't come quick, he had to leave first.  On lots of other shift changes, he comes in before she gets up.

Just love the sound. I heard Ivy calling but can't wait to hear Pricess "yelling" AND in time, the chicks! Thanks to all that make this possible.

Wonderful streaming this year! Love the sound. I haven't hear Princess yet - but heard Ivy chattering a few minutes ago.

Looking forward to see if their parenting techniques will have evolved this year now that Ivy has a year of experience behind him.

Ivy has been calling for Princess for the last few minutes and now he has just left the eggs and popped up on the box edge looking about.  Then he hoppped off.  All four eggs just hanging out looking cute waiting for their "duvet" to come back.

1904 hrs

Princess just hopped in and immediately tucked the eggs under her.  Took about 20 seconds to get them all corralled and organized.

Ivy just now couldn't resist a little pebble pecking and tidying in the corner, before settling back over the eggs.

Looks like Ivy sound asleep on the eggs at the moment ...

Right now its 4C with light rain and wind from NNE 21 km/h - they are sticking tight to the eggs as a result.  Tomorrow is suppose to be sunny, warmer (17C) and breezy (NE 30km/h) though the wind shouldn't bother Princess or Ivy as the Hotel protects the box from N/NE/E/SE winds.

Saw Princess rolling her eggs about an hour ago, here at school. Very cool! 8) And the sound is great! :D Wish the webcam would work in the mornings so the Kinderchicklets could see it. :'(
So all afternoons?  One afternoon, only?  Very odd?
