The webcam feed is acting up here at work today. I get about a 10s view and it blanks out. Probably something to do with our internet connection. However, I was able to snap this very cute shot eariler this morning during one of my quick views! SO cute!
The Peregrine Chick:
We have three cams with clear images these days - the skycam the outside box cam and the ledge cam. Seems someone was able to poop up into the corner of the nestbox over the last few days - all one can see now from the inside box cam is a blur. And since the chicks are so close to fledging, we won't be disturbing them to clean the camera. After they fledge we will probably see what we can do, that way if they come back because of bad weather (not a sure thing once they fledge) we can watch them inside. At this stage of development however, the skycam and outside box cam are probably our best views anyway!
I'm back in town and have a consistent internet connection so will try to keep an eye on the darlings and switch between cameras to keep some, if not all, in sight.

On the other hand, it's great to have such a great view of our babies. The difference between the female and her 3 brothers is amazing. :o
