Thanks for the slideshow!  Great to see them take off like that.  (Where do you find the time to do all these things?)  Certainly do appreciate your pictures ;)

Thank you so much for this slideshow, Rcf. First the video of them taking flight and now getting a chance to watch it frame by frame. Incredible!  :-*

This is slide show of two chicks leaving the nest box in the early morning.  You can make the slideshow slow medium or fast, put your cursor at bottom of screen and you will have those options.  I think the second chick is Beatrix.

This is when you get to see aerial displays like you've never seen before!

Leanna, they might be "gearing" up for Fall breading down south.  I have no idea in this area, but researching into the Pair Bonding sure sounds like it.   ;D

Yes, thanks for the link to the article!  And I thought it was pretty cool that it referenced Fyfe and Cade too.  So, pair-bonding is just a nice way of saying "off season hanky panky"  ;).  LOL.  ;D

Thanks so much for the link to the article birdcamfan.  I though it explained quite well what pair bonding is.

Whomever it was turned up last night was roosting at the ledgecam last night.  This morning they toddled off at about 0534h to the box, played with the white wings then took off for the day at 0536h.  Could set a clock by these birds ...
