Leana, I can relate. I have lived with back pain for years. When sitting, please keep your knees elevated, higher than your hips. Puts you into what they call a pelvic tilt. Helps to relieve some pain. All of us share with you, your concern for Cade. Rush hour traffic, not the best time to fledge, I thought maybe tomorrow early morning. Take care.

I keep catching glimpses of Beatrice on the cam, wonder what she is thinkin? and why could he not wait until morning! somethings going on in nest box. Lots of squawking, and someone had prey in there mouth. Mom or Dad dropped off supper to her perhaps? Hard to see! God I wished I was in Winnipeg right now! :o

It's a Radio program on CBC. She talked about poor little Fyfe and also Carson and his vacation at the rehab. She also mentioned on the radio that Cade had just fledged. CBC is the station I listen to the most, lots of interesting programming.
