yes Ballywing we better enjoy these next few days, our Elk river clan will soon all be gone as well. Have to watch Radisson in Alberta but it is awkward to watch the refreshing pictures. We are spoiled by these state of the art webcams and especially Elk River with its sound.

Well seeing as today was TPC's 'Re-nesting' deadline, I assume there was no news to report, or she would have reported it by now.. :-\ - I guess that's it then - we'll have to be patient until next year. We can still watch the remaining 2 Elk River kids fledge, and Radisson's chick is just a couple days old, looks like she/he will be an only child. Would have been great for P&T to have another go at it, but looks like it's not to be. :( - UNLESS they decided to wait til Canada Day and surprise us all!! ;D :P Ok I'm pushing my luck I know!!!

Just my two cents -- I didn't see anyone today on either the hotel towers or the JR sign at the Richardson bldg. And I don't think either of them would be on the dome of the Vital Stats bldg (SW Portage & Garry) where the food woo-ing pics were taken, because there's now scaffolding around the bldg, altho a little bit lower down. I guess P was on the tower on Sunday because it was quiet on the street? I don't see her there during the week, I don't think. At least, I always assume it's T.
The Peregrine Chick:
Princess spent most of yesterday (Sunday) sitting on the telecommunication tower (the most northerly one). Didn't see Trey, but since Saturday was so wild and wet, they may have put off hunting away from the Hotel until today and he had gone further afield. I'm going to make a few passes by the Hotel today and see if I can't spot them. I did see both Princess and Trey on the Hotel on Friday and Pam and Team Kensington have sent some photos which I will get posted tonight so long as I'm not back too terribly late - I think they are from late last week ....
If I see the birds on the Hotel today, will try to track down a computer and post an update ...
