Do Princess and Trey ever occupy the nest at the same time?

I have also wondered if both of them are ever in the nest at the same time. At night when they are sleeping is only one of the parents in the nest ledge? I know it is dark and it would most likely be a guess.
Also wondered if they go to the nest box at all just to hang out when they are not on chick duty?

Typically, no the parents don't hang out together in the nest at night. I have sometimes seen the two of them on the same ledge briefly before the dark sets in, but it usually isn't for long. Neither the nestbox nor the ledge are particularly good roosting locations. Both get used during the breeding season, and the ledge sometimes a bit afterwards by the adults, but the Radisson sign (as an example) is used much more for roosting/resting.
As for visiting the nestbox when not using it, they do, usually to eat something. Found a couple of bodies/body parts in there this season. I leave them in there to see how often the birds come back and they seem to be there at least once a week because within a couple of days of find a body, its gone and there are marks that the peregrines have wandered on the gravel.

lol :D maybe she was perturbed at the less than 5 Star offering! ;D ;D ;D
Three:
I've been watching the falcons for two years and have only ever seen them deliver/eat various birds. This morning, however, at roughly 9:00AST it seemed Trey delivered a rodent to the nest. Do peregrines occasionally substitute rodents when a bird might not be readily available?
As an aside, there seemed to be a funny exchange between Princess and Trey. She seemed to look at him with some puzzlement when he arrived, he fretted about for a moment, and then Princess appeared to shoo him away before tearing into the little critter.
ballywing:
Looks like breakfast!! Princess gets up & leaves the scene for a few secs -Nice look at the fluffballs. Back she comes with 'something' ???....Trey must have dropped it off & left again...Little mouths open wide. AGAIN her back to us, blocking the view. :( No wasting any time, a quick feast and Princess is right back on top, sheltering her kiddies from the cool wind - her back is to the wind, so hope she keeps those tail feathers down!!!! :o. ...ahh she's thought better of it and turned around. Good! ;D And the rain has stopped. ;D
ballywing:
Sat morning, bright & early - well not bright really. 11 degrees now and Princess is being rained on again. :-\ Got the chicks tucked up tight - can see them wriggling around though, they sure grow fast~!! The good news is - it's clearing to the west with a high of 20 forecast. So hang on little family, should be better soon. 8)
