Radisson - 2008 / Trey & Princess
The Peregrine Chick:
Ah, sorry gang, that's Trey with the kids - he did the feeding too. :)

well just after my last post, Princess decided enough was enough, she has taken the remains and flew the coop. Chicks look like 3drunken sailers holding each other up. Well I am guessing they do having never seen drunken sailers! Oh, Princess is back,, time to brood her little ones, looks like a good time was had by all. :D

Princess still feeding her flock. Have a very very graphic view of what supper consists of, be grateful if you are not watching. Chicks getting bigger by the minute. I don't notice any wind either, maybe it has died down. You know this is probably the longest time I have seen her feed them. Well over 10 minutes. She keeps dragging the remains around the chicks in a circle, standing on it and tearing chunks off and feeding, there are all sure getting equal portions tonite with this set up. :)

Hey I am back! My goodness what a long feeding. Trying to watch 2 cams plus read and catch up on all I missed. But Princess been feeding those chicks for quite some time. Just noticed that it is a really large bird, (supper is that is) as large as the chicks are. Someone may have mentioned this before. Its like half a carcuss, one side type thing, I know Lorianne, you were thinking of what to have for supper! lol Well maybe we will all become vegans out of this. ;D Too cute, very good view 3 chicks, group hug and Mom feeding all. She is literally standing on the "food". We need spell check for this! Please don't hate me, 8) guys and girls. 8) 8) :-* :-*
Ibis:
Princess finally turned to face the camera. For the past while her head was out of camera range and her back was to the camera and I couldn't tell if it was her for sure. She just got off the chicks and went for a bit of a stroll to the area on the other side of the vent. It looked like she was picking at the pebbles there (maybe for some left over tidbits?). Now she's back brooding with her side to the camera. The wind is blowing her feathers up a bit.
