That got me thinking to check -- yeah, it's Iron Maiden tonight and that wouldn't do it for me!  But Tom Jones tomorrow and Charley Pride on Wed, so maybe either one of them can set the mood!  lol

  Good thing I didn't put everything back in the closet where I take shelter from direct line of the windows and yes I am in a basement apartment.

Well, I was one of the devoted fans too, but I was a returning fan from 2006.  Yes, the previous time that Trey and Princess nested on the ledge.  Back then there wasn't streaming video (thank you Larry for the upgrade) and we watched the still images and counted the seconds till the next one.  Are there any others out there who remember this?

I remember!  I started watching in 2006 as well.  Back when the camera was not only not streaming, but also up at the top of the hotel and looking down at the tops of them, not along side as we had this year (thanks, Larry!).

I just wanted to stop by and say howdy...I haven't forgotten you guys and gals.  Just overly busy with work/chores/and trying to keep my eyes on a few cams where the juvies are close to first fledge.  So glad to see that P & T have been spotted going in and out of the box...certainly gonna keep my fingers crossed on that...I do try to read through all the posts everyday cause I just want to keep in touch and see how everyone is doing...well, on my way to the HBG forum to post an update...nothing exciting yet....

Very encouraging news about P & T being at the nest box  .  I've been reading about everything they went through prior to the wee ones being hatched and after watching them for the past week online and seeing everything they went through - that they would even think about doing it all over again..wow...talk about resilience!

perhaps the romantic sounds of the Iron Maiden concert down the street tonight will reach the Raddison and inspire a litte falcon lovin.  

 

Perhaps Trey, being the seventh son of a seventh son  and having no fear of the dark, will run to the hills in a matter of life and death towards a brave new world, where somewhere in time he will give Princess a piece of mind and get the number of the beast and 
make a little birdie whooooooooopie..

Boy, this weather eh!!!
We had tornado warnings on the weekend in my neck of the woods in Alberta.
On the news today they say that with the Tornados starting earlier in the States ,that Canada is going to become a dumping ground for the later ones.  Not very encouraging.
We have a saying here. Don't like the weather, wait a few minutes and it will change.
Pouring rain on the island, rain and storems off and on in albeta . manitoba with warnings.

It is good to hear Trey and Princess are investigating the neat box.

Oh My..please no tornados.WE have benn COMPLAINING here on the Island becasue it's cold...but having looked at the weather maps...oh dear   no more complaining....well,not today anyway!!!!

I just took a couple of minutes to read this whole thing and I have been thoroughly entertained .  Thanks so much for all your great comments and for the update on Trey and Princess.  As long as they are both okay, that's fine with me.
I'm in Brandon and it sounds like WPG is getting worse weather than we are.  Although it poured rain all morning and the wind is picking up again.  However, we don't have any warnings that I know of.
