I asked about judging the difference between the city and the wild. Or at least, that's what I was trying to ask -- hard to tell between life expectancy in the city and life expectancy in the wild. Sorry if I wasn't clear. :D

Well given that the Peregrine Falcons on the Eastern half of North American were all but wiped out, and are making a come back due to Program like this one. it's still not considered breeding territory for much of the continent. So yeah the cities are wild lol
