It's live now, with a great view of 3 very big chicks! No parents around, at the moment.
No problem, I just did a little digging and found the info. It really is too bad about the camera, but sometimes sanity and well being come first.
It looks as though the webcam on the Hornby Island nest has been turned off They've got the Decorah nest and the Sea Eagle nest cams up instead. Thought this was temporary until they got the Hornby cam running, but I read somewhere that the cam is gone for good... Haven't been able to find out why...
Sometimes it is the quality of life or death that one needs to be grateful for.
...Pheonix died in the nest following chest trauma due to a fall against the camera(?) and that an autopsy is planned....
