Alison:
A partial view of the first hatchling:
Alison:
I am so pleased to see a hatch at this nest. The first egg was laid on April 15, so I was beginning to wonder if any of the eggs would hatch. Also, the little male is only one year old.
Haven't seen the chick yet, but there is eggshell:
kittenface:
There is a hatch here finally ;D
Alison:
Incubation of the four eggs has continued here, and the falcons looked like two adults.
Today, the little juvie was back. Seen from above, he is very dark, so I think he is the male at this nest. The eggs must be due to hatch, if they are going to hatch.
He looks unbanded to me.
They are definitely his eggs - he is turning them here.
