I thought I heard some lunatic shouting! ;D Just kidding -- I was still at work then, but that's about the same time I pulled out my binocs (for the first time), and could see someone being blown around on the edge of the ledge. No one's been around the JR sign the last few days, but I thihnk the window cleaners are finished on that side now, so maybe they'll come back.
