...yes, it looks like a large tupperware container - how does it work? I mean, if it can drain out, can it also drain in? ie, take on the level of water on the ledge?

I think they drilled holes in the bin Pchemist - and it looks to me like the bin is not in that same corner where the rain all collected last year? ???

so, TPC - I assume what we see is a bin with a grid of some sort on the bottom so the rain drains better past the pebbles?
