...i dunno, i thought it was somebody doing some work on it, but we haven't heard from tpc on the topic, she'd know one way or the other...i pass by the radisson every day - how many floors away from the ledge is the camera? (i've never bothered to count...)

Naw, I don't think it's the camera. It's pretty windy here now so it could just be getting knocked around a lot. I think he's talking to Princess, who like to hang aroung on the Radisson sign which is right above the nest ledge.. The shadow may be her swooping to shut him up. or vice versa

Yes, the camera is a long way from the ledge, but in clear view of her - she could be watching whatever's going on. Maybe Tracy installed a wiper?! LOL

It does look like there is work being done on the camera - so far, we haven't seen any hand come into view, though. As for Princess, I think the camera distance is deceiving, and if there is indeed someone working on the camera, they are much further away than we think. Either way, it would take someone really close to move Princess off her chicks.
