You can see the vegetation getting blown around on the ledge, but what looks like less blowing the chicks' fuzzy - and it doesn't seem to be blowing them over any.  Looks like the box may be helping some!

TPC, you are a genius for thinking up both a water and wind safer nest.

Nah, not so much so.  More lucky we could get up there than anything else ...

You can put times on or not, its my habit to do so as I do the same wherever I post.  However, the forum software does compensate so Bev's post of 1034 was posted at 1036 local time and the forum shows that.  So basically, you can or you don't have to ...

Bev, I love your pictures, etc. and want to thank you for all the great shots!

Isn't «our Trey» just the cutest thing? He really is one very handsome bird. His very dark head with that very white throat, sigh, a real model for the peregrines.

I've been watching this pair for 3 years and they just get more interesting.

Those chicks are growing at such a pace that they are starting to make dad look small, or smaller.

10:34 Winnipeg time
I guess this was the feed at !0:00 Winnipeg time. did not see last one you are talking about as I was uploading pictures
sideshow of last feed and Trey returning. Princess feeds, and then leaves and then Trey comes in. In one picture of kids alone you can see beak of Trey before he enters. I saw his shadow as Princess left
Great team work :)

Bev. this is the one I was talking about too.  Seems our times are off as I posted at 10 ish not 9 ish.

Trey is giving the chicks some sun. They are starting to squirm a bit and liven up now they aren't underneath him.
Super-cute, as always.

He left for a quick break, but is back in the nest box now.

Nor could I identify the meal. The chicks didn't appear to be too hungry but it's not been long since they had a good "feast".

Shift change again and Princess brought that big bird in to feed the chicks.  And now gone again, maybe to finish eating.  And now Trey is back again looking at the kids.
