Must be quite warm on the ledge as there is some serious shading of chicks going on.  Must be something interesting P or T ( Still don't know who is who) as they seem very alert and watchful.
I'd say that's Princess cuz she takes up a large amount of space in that Rubbermaid chamber. LOL
There's a big crane at the side of the building repairing the sign at the top of the parcade. It's at least 10 feet away and 6 or 7 floors down. No worrys of interference.

Lol..the fly is annoying mom now.  Good to see that it's not just humans that don't like flies buzzing round their heads  ;)

Too funny, one of the chicks is trying to capture a fly, staggering around after it.  :D Baby predator.

Lol...just saw a fly and a chick looking at it intently!  Looks like parent was trying to shade them from the sun...i love when they put up the wings to do that  :D

Trey left to sit on the grate cover and one of the chicks is not happy.  Maybe he thinks he didn't get enough to eat.  If it wasn't for the box he would be pursuing dad.  He is already trying to find a way to get out of there.  ::)

Trey seems to be thinking, and how am I going to get these kids shaded?  Nice big crops on them after their meal.

The rubbermaid bin is acting as a playpen, letting the chicks wander about without danger of getting into trouble. :D

Thank God the camera is back! I thought I was the only one who couldn't get on and I didn't have time to get to the blog.
What would we do without our chicks?

Princess is being a sunshade this morning and looking a little warm, beak open and panting.  I am sure that she will be happy to get in the shade this afternoon.
