Given the on-again-off-again downpours we're having, the birds may well be playing it smart and staying under cover. I'm sure they sense the weather way better than we do when it comes to telling what's up next.

No birdies . . .  :( -- well, at least we know you're out there checking! Looking at the treetops, it looks as though the wind may be picking up a bit -- maybe they're all hunkered down somewhere out of the cold wind . . .
