gramma:
Good morning everyone....a beautiful Manitoba morning.  Just finished coffee on the deck.  Our three chicks have been wandering around the ledge, preening and exercizing their wings.  A few face plants.  Two are in the north corner....woops my machine refreshed and they are all now at the point.... two looking out over the city and the other having a poop over the side...WATCH OUT BELOW.  With that finished  he/she has settled in the shade for an early morning nap.  Hope you all have a good weekend .

Three:
Wow, just saw an awesome video on Vimeo - a raptor attacking a remote-controlled plane that happened to have a video camera attached. You may need to set up an account to see this clip.

Morning phanatics. It's been quiet on the ledge so far (watching since 4:30ish Manitoba time). Chicks have been napping in the north corner...their new favourite spot since Tracy's visit. About 20 minutes ago the pile broke up when one of the chicks needed a potty break. I glanced up to see a huge poop projectile right over the north ledge...

"Bombs awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy." Followed by, "Look out below." Surely some poor tourist is going to get inked at this rate. The Radisson, the Recovery, and the City will need to team up on those t-shirts, lol.

After the poop shooting the chicks started wiggling and stretching, preening and looking around. It seemed that Trey landed with food - based on the rush of chicks towards him - but once my page finished refreshing there did not seem to be any eating under way. So either the chicks ripped and gobbled down that poor little birdie in record time or Trey was nearly bowled over simply coming to check on his babes. Since then lots of preening, leg stretches and wing flapping.

Enjoy your weekend everybody.

Liz:
No worries -- you did great!  It's in the right place, and that's the hardest part.:D  TPC will lock this or shovel it into the other one, and you can be first another day.  :)
