The upside is that when the next meal comes in, she won't be so voracious ... and she does have a bit of "baking" to do before she's where they are in development - and that takes food, lots and lots of food ... and naps. 

Its not like the boys haven't gotten food today, their first meal comes in between 4 and 5 in the morning, so this is probably number three for the day!

she's quite smart figuring out that corner means the boys can't get in - not for lack of trying mind you!

gosh, she's HUGE!  I do hope she doesn't try to follow her brothers too quickly when fledge time comes

That was quite the little performance with the food.  (great close up)

Out go her wings - she's quite protective of that snack.

So nice to see that everyone has a healthy interest in food.

The giggle was fun but off topic so here's the real answer ... best to ask at the Double Decker on Thursday.  The Brandon birds typically have fewer indicents than the Winnipeg birds - fewer buildings etc - but I'm sure Dan would appreciate some volunteer assistance.  Ask at lunch on Thursday.
