Actually, Dennis does have photos of one of the chicks (and they are all the same basically in colour) on his photo gallery - www.pbase.com/photosbydennis - and click on Peregrines 2009.
The Peregrine Chick:
The female chick hasn't fledged yet, so if you saw one bird there, it was her. The adults have only been by a few times, she chases off Trey when he comes in so perhaps it was him you saw? The chicks don't have any white on them now that their natal down is pretty much all gone - they are gold and brown. The adults are slate grey (Princess is dark slate grey, Trey is a lighter slate grey) and white.

Tracy, how white is the girl's chest? Or Dennis, if you have a photo. I'm not sure who we could see on the ledge today.
