Deb, how could you think we'd just leave you??? :'( No, the rain really started pelting down so we walked just a bit up the street to shelter in a doorway. You didn't miss anything, though -- after the rain stopped, we wandered back to the parking lot to double check and make sure Vesper was still there (she was) and then all headed home.

crap, I glanced back a few times as MsD and I walked south to Graham, but we didn't actually stop and look. So glad for your sharp eyes, allikat!

Crap, I fully intended to get down there tonight, but had a last minute mini-emergency call and had to rescue my sister from work with a non-stopping nosebleed. :-\...Real life has to take priority sometimes..... Most times actually...Tsk. ::)
- Sounds like a great night guys! Glad Vesper & the boys are doing so well!! If it wasn't for the Bomber Game I'd be there tomorrow night.....sheesh......so Next time I can get down there is Sat morning before work so hope to see some/any of you there!!... And some falcons too! ;D

Hey Bccs, you covered it beautifully -- it was a fantastic evening with all of you, and I wouldn't have missed a minute of it. When I wandered north along Ellice and Notre Dame, etc., without catching even a glimpse of Vesper or, for that matter, anyone else, it was quite discouraging. Meeting up with Allikat and hearing that she'd spotted Vesper on the back of the Radisson was like a huge hit of adrenalin -- way to go, Allikat! From then on, it was wonderful, seeing Vesper safely tucked in for the night, then seeing the parents and the boys . . . a perfect time. Only thing you missed, Bccs, was the rainbow! It stretched across the sky -- gorgeous.
