must have been our entertainment for the weekend! I hope that is the last of them..lol.(fights I am talking about)

Well, this has been the most active day yet. I had to bail early because my hip gave out with all the walking, running (just had to rescue that carcass) and standing. But lots of people to join me - thanks, all of you.
While I was trying to find Vesper (after Gramma had left), I saw her fly from the MTS building towards the Radiss0n and try to make it to the top. She got about half way (that's half way of what I could see of the building above the other rooftops, did a circle, tried again, but didn't have enough room to gain enough altitude so she flew down. It was probably her that the Friesens saw walking the ledge on the other side. I went back to Portage, met the Friesens and while talking to them, saw two falcons, one landing on the MTS building (again, suspect it was Vesper since the boys were to the south and the other falcon went riding thermals, circling up and up into the sky. I saw Princess do that on Monday, so it may have been her. Especially since Trey was back on the east Radisson sign. A couple more rounds didn't show anybody, so I think Vesper was probably still on the MTS building and everybody else was more or less accounted for. And I did miss out on the two fights that the Friesens saw!
The Friesens:
Thank You Bccs it is my pleasure! It sure is windy out there today! Birds like to return to the east side of the radisson so the Regis parking lot was a good area to watch most areas they hang out.

The Friesens:
just got home from the Radisson area. not too much activity I guess everyone was resting. Sure is hard to tell the difference when they are further away then one would like. a couple of young ones were hanging out on the O for awhile around 1:30 also one was walking about the ledge where the camera is set up to watch the east nest ledge. would leave and come back a few times. One of the parents was flying around for a little. It didn't take me long to lose sight of one when I was looking for another. Man they sure are fast! One of the boys I think was on the Canada building corner for about 10 minutes calling out to someone. probably ordering dinner.Silly pigeon was on the roof a few buildings over..lol.One of the young ones also decided to land on a window sill on the south side lucky people in there had a peeping tom for about 5 minutes. Then just flew around to the MPI building then to MTS building. I turned to talk to my husband and loss track of that one. I was trying to take some photos but my camera can't zoom that far for a clear picture :'(. sorry. we had to leave around 3:30 as parking becomes impossible for rush hour.
It was a pleasure to meet you on the street sammi. Glad to have had someone who has been down the watching these falcons and being able to catch us up on who was where before we got there. Happy Bird Watching! Stay safe around the Regis had a few fights break out this afternoon.
