Must tell you that Msdolittle is the hero of the day here. I was at work and got a call from her telling me that a bird was on the old Met. theatre building. We talked for a minute or two, hung up I and got another call..... the bird is down...... Where?..... on the ground...... I'm on my way.
So I grapped a box and a sweater and ran to get to msd and help her out.
Well, walking towards me is msd with a peregrine in her arms, and the peregrine is behaving quite nicely for her.
We got her in the box, I called Tracy and we waited at the Radisson till she got there and we handed over Isis to her.
She looked fine, the peregrine, ( although tracy was a sight for sore eyes ;D)
and Tracy decided to get her checked out just in case.
Thank goodness for msd's quick thinking and fast action.
So thanks, T, you did wonderfully well today. :-* pretty sure I owe you a beverage or two.
