1735 hrs - something has peaked our girl's interest, she is looking up and all around, tilting her head and looking very cute.  Trying to catch as many webcaptures as possible to post ...
Do you do this from a remote location or not so remote, say, in the Radisson?

1700 hrs - Princess is napping on the Radisson sign.  Much calmer than I have seen her this year.  Still looking around, but not so frantic.  Don't know whether that is exhaustion or "good news" ...

Parked on Smith 3:10 - I could already see Princess checking things out on the east Radisson ledge.  Watched for about 5 minutes then she took off and landed on the Sterling building on the east side on the ledge under the roof - looking about, then facing the building, a quick look around again, then she disappeared over the roof.
She looked terrific - wind in her feathers, nice blush.
It's really great to see her in the flesh? in the feathers?...right in front of your eyes, anyway.
Darn, you mean I missed her on the Sterling bldg - have been watching that so carefully!!

Maybe Ivy gave up and went back to the West End for Jules, maybe he 'smells' his Dad coming!!!! ;D

Hey you never know ... Allikat spotted on the migration website that 1 peregrine falcon was observed yesterday over the Pembina Valley hawkwatch location ... you just never know ...
Talons are crossed....wonder how long it takes for a falcon to fly here from WindyGates?  I guess it could a rest spot.....ya just never know!

1430 hrs - I'm feeling positively abandonned by the peregrines today.  Except for one 10 second glimpse, I haven't seen hide, nor hair of anyone all day.  :'(

I've been lucky today - have gotten quite a few glimpses of Princess - will post/send pictures this evening.  No sign of Ivy, or any other peregrine today, however.

Yup, how they love to torture us! - If it's not waiting for them to ARRIVE, it's waiting for them to choose a NEST, then waiting for the EGGS, then waiting for the HATCHINGS, then fretting about who's not getting FED enough, then worrying about the RAIN, then anxiously cringing at FLEDGE time...........sigh......who knew when we all signed up for this that it would be so HARD???  :P - Wouldn't trade it though!!!!  ;D
Agree with you 100% ballywing.
