Drove down Portage Ave. after work this afternoon, on my way to an appt. Was hoping to see our peregrines soaring the skies, but alas, no such luck. :( Very windy and very cool here in Winnipeg these past few days. Hope our birds "batten down the hatches" tonight!

What great ideas!   But if we're looking at nesting on the west, perhaps we should all join Mother Hen?
