Saoirse:
Mouse, your post is absolutely perfect -- and Ballywing added the finishing touch!  ;D

carly:
Great way of looking at things Mouse!  I love your write up!  :-*

ballywing:
Hm, never thought of it that way before, but you're right Mouse!....And when you add the fact that Ivy is Princess' SON, that makes it even MORE soap-opera-ish! :o

Mouse:
Well!  Today has certainly been a surprise.  I was aware that the peregrines were back in Winnipeg because I receive Dennis's great pictures in my e-mail.  The picture of the egg had me going on to the Forum to catch up on the gossip and then I saw the names under the picture - Princess and Ivy.  My stomach hit my knees and I spent quite a while catching up with the emotions of the last 3 weeks or so.  But this is a happy time and after I settled down, I had to laugh.  I don't watch the soaps on TV but isn't this very similar to one . . . the disappearance of the aging rock star - will he return? (please!), the sexy high flying society Princess - will she be satisfied with second best?,  the naive young cheating male - is he being used as a boy-toy? and lastly, the abandoned young bride - will she find a new love?  Here's a toast to a great cast of characters!  Here's hoping that this particular soap opera will run for many years.

Ellie:
Love the comparison, Bev.  So true!
