No that's what sibling relations - it isn't aggressive, its communicative.

If you are talking about the one who sits in the front left corner, no, its the smallest of the gang and probably going to be the first one to fly. That preoccupation with "out there" is kind of standard at this stage of development.
If you are talking about the one who likes to be "inside" that will be the last one to fly - she's got some growing to do and is eating and sleeping which again is standard for her stage of development. She's got some growing to do obviously, you can see the fluff on her is more than on the others.
Easiest clue on fledging - when you can see almost now white fluff (unless the wind is blowing up their feathers or on the top of the head) then they are pretty much ready. So far only one has hopped up on the box edge, that is probably their next step pre-fledging ....
The Peregrine Chick:
1639 hrs (local) - all four chicks are still in the nestbox, one lying down sound asleep inside the nestbox (the female with the most fluff). Two of the other chicks are sitting looking out of the box, the last is running around having just woken up ...
this morning one of the male chicks - white tape on right band (has more fluff than yellow) - was perched on the edge of the nestbox on the left hand side. No problems sitting there so the kids are definitely growing up and fledging could start anytime, though they don't quite look ready to go. Smallest male (with the least fluff) is yellow for those who are watching. Red is the female with the least fluff I believe so green is the one with the most fluff.
Males at the earliest fledge at 35 days, my guess is that it will take a few more days, closer to the weekend I suspect though that is just a guess, the chicks will do what they want when they want. The females won't go until 40 days at the earliest, usually closer to 45 mostly. Green will go last no doubt, she is showing no signs of being interested in flying much - think she still has some growing to do. Red, could go earlier, she's ore developed (less fluff) and she loves to "wingercize".
Hope for light winds when they do go as that will make it easier for them over the first couple of days and hopefully (knock on wood) no crash landings!
