Drove by the Radisson on my way home from an errand this morning. Didn't see any birdies, big or small, but there sure is a lot of "fluff" floating around in the air. ;D

The adults like to sit facing in as well when they are awake ... when they are napping they tend to be facing outwards, though not always ...
... as for encouraging, you see that more when they are out and flying and come back to the nest or near the nest ... then it does seem to be more "encouraging" or "why aren't you following me, why do I need to keep coming back for a chick pile to sleep in" ...
