Nope just 3 little eyases and still 1 egg this morning.  I caught the 7:00 am feeding and the 3 little ones were using the remaining egg for a pillow again  :D  Last year her fourth one didn't hatch either but I'm honestly okay with 3!

There are some Canada Geese in the area again, *sigh* the parents will get annoyed again.  One of the geese just tried to enter the building through the doors downstairs, I guess they heard about our Food Court.. ;D ;D

Just caught a shift change and 3 little eyases and 1 egg!  I was actually concerned because I couldn't see the 4th egg and thought I was wrong but I saw it clearly this time..it's a nice resting perch for 3 little heads.  Angel is sitting tight on them today as it's quite cold here although we have sun on the ledge right now which is good.  That will help her keep them warm.   :-* :-* :-*

Is it usual for the parent to eat the shell?

Yes.  Saves on clean-up and is a great source of calcium and vitamins.  Should be since she just gave them up to make the shell!!

Angel is moving alot this morning, first time I've seen her fidget.  She's listening to the eggs and chupping to them, also she's rearranging pebbles - first time she'd done that as well.  Today is my busiest day at work...grrrrr... but I will be up and down to check.  I'm excited  ;D
